On ground floor you find a spacious (43qm) living room with big dining table, lounge furniture and the antique chimney, which originates from the nearby Loubressac. During cooler periods the modern fireplace warms the house with wood which needs to be looked after by the tenant. The acoustic in the room is very good, try the Hi-Fi equipment. You find regional literature as well as travel guides in the left part of the bookshelf. For the books on the right side we offer to swap them.

Games and a folder with touristic and shopping information is also provided.

You can access the terrace from either kitchen or living room, where you have a beautiful glimpse of the Dordogne. At every time of the day you‘ll find some sort of shade – or sun. The large desk will also provide enough space for your guests.

You‘ll find everything you need in the rather small (7qm) kitchen: gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, french press and a lot of other useful items.

On the same level, there is also a separate toilet.

The upper floor can be reached via an open wooden staircase in the living room. There are four bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 people and are individually designed: the Ghana room with a queen-size bed (140 x 200) and hand basin; the Giraffe room with a queen-size bed (140 x 200); the Lavender room with a sloping roof, 2 beds (100 x 200 and 100 x 190) and hand basin; the small Safari room with a bunk bed (100 x 200). The bathroom with shower and toilet is also on this floor.
